Soberlands products are made to order with professional print and fulfillment partners in the United States and Canada.

We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery times can vary depending on the product, selected variant, destination, carrier conditions, and current fulfillment volume.

Because our products are made to order, production time is part of the order process. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

If a package is returned to sender because of an address issue, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package, contact us at info@soberlands.com. We will review the available shipping information and explain the available next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, please first check with your local carrier, postal office, building mailroom, parcel locker, or household members. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will review the available information.
