Returns & refunds policy

Soberlands products are made to order. Please review product descriptions, size charts, colors, and product details carefully before placing your order.

We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States and Canada.

Standard returns

We accept approved returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in returnable condition.

To start a return, email us at info@soberlands.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and a short note about the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Do not return items to our business address, to any public address associated with Soberlands, or to the address printed on the package unless we specifically instruct you to do so. We will provide the appropriate return instructions by email.

Return shipping

For approved standard returns that are not caused by damage, defect, misprint, incorrect item, or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

When available, returns are handled within the country where the order was delivered. For example, U.S. orders may be returned within the United States, and Canadian orders may be returned within Canada.

Tracking is not required for standard returns, but we recommend using a postal or carrier service that can provide proof of shipment. Please email us a photo or copy of your shipping receipt after you send the return.

We can issue a refund only after the returned item has been received and reviewed. If a return package is lost in transit and there is no delivery confirmation or other proof that we received it, we may be unable to issue a refund.

Return condition by product type

Apparel, including tees, hoodies, zip hoodies, and sweatshirts, must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, odors, damage, or heavy wear.

Hats and caps must be unworn, clean, and not reshaped, stained, or damaged.

Mugs must be unused, clean, and undamaged.

Tote bags must be unused, clean, and undamaged.

Stickers must be unused and unapplied, with the backing intact.

Items that are washed, worn, altered, applied, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition that cannot reasonably be resold may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or item, you may request an approved return if the item is eligible and within the return window. After the return is approved and completed, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, email us at info@soberlands.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items so we can review the issue with our print partner.

If the issue is approved, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution. Please do not send damaged or incorrect items back unless we instruct you to do so.

Lost packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at info@soberlands.com. Lost package claims should be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can review the available shipping information.

Incorrect addresses and returned packages

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package, contact us. We will review the available options. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Cancellations and order changes

If you need to request a cancellation or change, email us at info@soberlands.com as soon as possible.

Because our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed once it has entered production. Requests made more than 24 hours after the order is placed may not be available.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For approved standard returns, refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and reviewed.

For approved damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or lost-package cases, refund timing depends on the review of the issue.

Please allow up to 10 business days for an approved refund to be processed. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for standard returns, except where required by applicable law or where the refund is related to an approved damage, defect, misprint, incorrect item, or fulfillment error.

 

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
