Refund policy

Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Also, know that screen monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. 

We're not responsible for any mis-sizing, please review the size chart carefully. All of our clothing is unisex unless specified otherwise.

Shipping

- Shipping can take up to 3-15 business days.

- If items are shown delivered (to the address you provided during checkout) then it is assumed delivered. The responsibility is on the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is put in place before ordering. We cannot help with orders that show it's already been delivered. You can check with your local post office, provide your tracking number and confirm delivery.

- If you have problems with items being stolen in a communal postal unit - please input a secure safe location as we are not responsible for stolen items.

- We are not responsible for customers inputting the wrong address and a failed delivery.

Returns

- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product, please send us an email with any concerns.

- Altered or washed garments are not returnable. Returns must be authorized by Soberlands and picture proof of garments are always required.

- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (please provide proof of shipment being returned e.g. email us a photo of item being returned with tracking number - we don't guarantee we will receive your returned item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Please DO NOT return your item to any other addresses of Soberlands, as the published addresses online and the shipping address on the package you received ARE NOT our returns address - please only return to the address we provide.

- Please kindly use a postal service that is trackable. In the event of package loss or package damage during transit we will not be responsible in such cases. Therefore we recommend adding insurance to your returned package to secure its safekeeping.

Exchanges

- We do not do exchanges. 

Cancellations

- You will only be allowed to cancel or change an order within 24 hours of your order. All requests will be denied after 24 hours because orders will already be in production. 

Refunds

- In case the item(s) are damaged/flawed upon delivery please send an email with photos and we can send a replacement or refund (allow up to 10 business days for refunds).

- On approved returns and confirmation of item being returned with tracking including (photo proof) we will send a refund (allow up to 10 business days).
